Robotic Construction: Movers & Shakers

About this Camp:
Work with a robotics system especially designed for students to create, build and program their own real working robots. Working in small teams, students will explore with the PicoCricket Robotic Systems to build and experiment with robotics while using advanced sensors including light, sound, touch and motion. This course provides students with a great introduction to programming and robotics. This exciting course will challenge your learners to use their minds and creativity with hands on projects and explore many different possibilities. Use sensors to measure sound, light, then graph the results on a screen. Robotics Invention Kit that combines art with technology. Mix a robotic brain with motors and crafts to make a movie structure. Build robotic puppets that bob up and down, . Using sound sensors to blow a robotic birthday cake with programmable candles. Use lego parts to program different robotic motions modules.
