About this Camp:
Students will team up in groups of two to three to explore the LEGO® Mindstorms robotic system and specialized Technic™ engineering components. Each day, they will design and program robots to take on exciting Olympic-style challenges that test strength, speed, and creativity. Throughout the camp, students will be encouraged to re-engineer their creations, making them stronger, faster, and more innovative. Possible projects include a shot put launcher, flipping gymnast, and sumo-bot, along with other high-energy challenges that inspire teamwork and problem solving. |

About Us:
We offer research-proven technology and science summer day camps for
ages 3-14. We believe learning should be fun, innovative,
challenging and hands-on. Computer Explorers has over 200 camps
throughout Minnesota each summer. We offer 30 different classes/camp
in Video Game Design, Programming, Legos, Robotics, Engineering, and
Film Making. We have been offering computer technology camps and
classes in the Twin Cities for over 20 years, and
30 years nationally.
